A seasonal site allows you to keep your camper on the same site for the entire camping season and includes winter storage when you renew.

Seasonal Site Availability
Seasonal sites are extremely limited and are not always available.
When openings do occur, they will be listed here but are typically offered first to:

Because of this, we encourage interested campers to explore a monthly stay as a way to experience the campground and be in a better position when a seasonal site becomes available.

How Seasonal Site Selection Works
Seasonal sites are limited and offered in stages to ensure fairness to returning and long-term campers.
How Sites Are Offered

Invitations are sent by email as sites become available in the following order:
-
Current seasonal and long-term (monthly) campers (based on seniority), via a password-protected page
-
Previous campers, on a first-come, first-served basis, via a password-protected page
-
New applicants are notified by email to view any remaining sites, which are also listed publicly below

Submitting a request does not guarantee a site will be awarded.
For New Applicants
If becoming a seasonal camper at Timberline is your priority, we recommend selecting any site that fits your RV. You may request a site change later if one becomes available.
If You Are Offered a Site
You will have 2 days to complete the following:

Sign the seasonal agreement

Submit your initial deposit ($1,500 total; $1,000 non-refundable)

Provide payment (cash, check, credit card [fee applies], or Zelle)
Before Submitting a Request

Previous campers must be verified in our reservation system

Your RV must meet our age guidelines:

2017 or newer: automatically eligible
-
2011–2016: subject to photo approval
-
2010 or older: not eligible
