CANCELLATION & CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Within 24 Hours of Booking: Free cancellation or adjustments. Not valid if arrival is within 2 weeks.

15+ Days Before Arrival: The full deposit is retained. A credit will be issued minus a $20 fee, valid for 1 year. Credit is one-time use, non-transferable once applied, and cannot be used as part of a deposit. This applies to all reservation changes, including date or site changes.

14 Days or Less: Full deposit is forfeited for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.

Early Departures: No refunds.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Each Additional Person (Age 5+) at site: $10 (daily), $60 (weekly), $100 (monthly).

Guests are permitted so long as limit per campsite is not exceeded: 6 persons: Max 4 Adults
-
Visitors must register and pay a guest fee. Guest Fee is refunded if stay is less than one half hour or partially refunded if stay is less than two hours.

Discounts apply to daily rates only, not weekly, monthly, or seasonal rates, which are already discounted.

Must be mentioned at the time of booking.

One discount per reservation/site.

Discounts are not valid on holiday weekends (May 22–25, July 3–5, August 28–31).

Additional guests beyond included occupancy are subject to guest fees.

Eligibility Requirements:

The reservation must be made in the qualifying person’s name (military, first responder, teacher, support staff).

The qualifying person must be present at check-in, or the discount will not be applied.

Proof of service or employment is required at or before check-in.

Dog Appreciation Week discount requires your dog to be present at check-in.
