Supporting Documents Required

To complete your application, you may need to upload specific documents:

• If listing an adult dependent or a dependent minor who is not your legal or biological child: Upload your most recent tax records as proof of dependency.

• If you are a new applicant with an RV that is 10–15 years old (model years 2011–2016): Upload your RV registration (to verify age) and clear photos of the RV (to verify condition).​

If you're unable to upload the required documents, please visit the Camp Store Office. A staff member can assist you in filling out the online form and collect your supporting materials for review.​
