Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Associate

Immediate Start through October
 

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Associate to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming, and are looking for a rewarding role with great perks, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lawn care and grounds maintenance

• Cleaning campsites and cabins

• Firewood processing and stocking

• Restocking ice and wood in the camp store

• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms

• Performing pump outs (emptying RV/trailer holding tanks)

• Pool cleaning & testing

• Assisting with general upkeep and any other tasks needed to ensure a safe, clean, and friendly campground environment

 

Qualifications:

• Willingness to commit to the full seasonal schedule (April 1 – October 31)

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Background and reference check required

• Comfortable interacting with guests in a customer service setting

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift 25–50 pounds

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $15.00 and up, based on experience

• Approximately 30 hours per week

• 25% discount on camp store purchases

• Eligible to collect unemployment during the off-season
